A client may be a guarantor of a loan, but its so hard to know that and even
its hard to know the history for which the client has been a loan guarantor.
Even its hard to know the OnHoldFunds amount on spot, so to solve this add
another view to include all accounts to which each client is related. Those
accounts whose status are closed can be hidden and only shown when the button
"View Closed Accounts" is clicked.
