Sebb reopened FINERACT-558:

The download section of the page must include (or link to) verification
instructions.
It also must link to the KEYS file at https://www.apache.org/dist/fineract/KEYS.
Further, there is no direct link to the download section; this makes it hard
for users to find as the main page is quite long.
