[~muarachmann] re. FINERACT-702, please note this issue and
[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/525] ... I had done most of the work
for bumping Gradle a few weeks ago, but there is one small but blocking loose
end - something to do with the Flyway Gradle task and ITs (from what little I
understood). If you could fetch my prior work and branch off that and fix that
remaining issue which people found while testing it and propose a new PR, that
would be amazing! (I don't really have time to look much into that Flyway
issue.)
