/fineract-provider/src/integrationTest/java/org/apache/fineract/integrationtests
You can name the file based on the feature you are testing, Ex :
AuditIntegrationTest and the method based on the functionality you are
validating , Ex : shouldReturnAuditEntryAssociatedWithGUID
