Re. the "Classic" Fineract, non-CN, which is issue is about, FINCN-26 is for CN:
As far as I can tell from looking at the current Fineract gradle files today,
this seems to actually has actually been done by someone at some point, both
for only build time and for the runtime dependency (they are separate),
therefore I'm closing this issue as Fixed.
It's causing pain though - see FINERACT-761.
