[~edcable] and [~santoshmath] : While Dylan has resolved this issue ( see
[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/574] ) , I am curious as to how this
bug was prioritized ? While it is definitely a bug, is there actually any
customer using Mifos who provides top-up group loans (I have seen Individual
and JLG top-up loans, but never group loans) ?
