Note that this BREAKS (i.e. removes) that `mysqlserver` environment variable to 
`docker build`, which was introduced earlier... but it's, of course, still 
possible to change the JDBC URL(s!) - but with this solution the Docker image 
doesn't have to be rebuilt, just to change the database connection. This seems 
better for "cloud deployments".
