Summary: Reverse journal entries creates new reversed entry with
Reverse button again

Whenever undo transactions happens it creates a reverse entry. This reverse
entry comes up with option to reverse it again. And if we reverse it again it
will become wrong entry. So this enhancement should take out the reverse button
for reversed entry and provided a description of which reversed entry it is.
This is critical bug fix because it will effect accounting.
