Many MFIs offering Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits give different
interest rates to their depositors based on negotiation ability of the
depositor.
Currently interest rate chart is defined at product level with no flexibility
to amend the rate at account level making it difficult for such MFIs to use
Mifos X for their operations.
We need to have the interest rate defined when opening a deposit account that
will override the rate defined at product level.
