*Summary*
Irregular animation of floating action button in LoanAccountsFragment.
*Steps to Reproduce*
# Click on "Customers" in side nav bar.
# Click on any customer in the list.
# Click on "Loan Accounts" in CustomerDetailsActivity.
# Scroll up and Scroll down and notice the behaviour of the floating action
button.
*Expected Behaviour*
The floating action button should be hidden during scrolling and should be
visible when scrolling is stopped.
*Observed Behaviour*
The floating action button in LoanAccountsFragment disappears after scrolling
up and only reappears when scrolled down.
