[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/763] the
testPrematureClosureAmountWithPenalInterestForWholeTerm_With_365 failed (note
the subtle difference With_360 VS 365, these are 2 separate tests).
If this starts happening more often after FINERACT-852, let's just @Ignore both
of these as well, for now?
