Oh! I think that {{RatException: Cannot read header}} was cause because my PR
#776 (by my mistake!) included a (broken) symlink! That error message certainly
could be much clearer... ;-)
The 2nd failure for [~xurror] PR #778 has absolutely nothing to do with this,
but was "just" a (regular) license header missing, and I created a cause &
effect relationship here when I noticed that PR even though these 2 probably
are totally unrelated.
