Hi - as mentioned above, NekoHTML is used by Mockrunner. Even the latest
version of Mockrunner, released in March 2020, has this old version of NekoHTML
as dependency.
So if we want to get rid of it, it would seem that we need to replace
Mockrunner with something else...
