[~xurror] - I think the Spring Boot BOM actually specifies an older version
(3.3.0), so if we remove the version number we'd be going backwards.
I'm pretty sure there was a reason why I chose to upgrade this to latest
(4.3.0) when doing the JDK 11 upgrade, but can't remember what that was...
