While merging https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/861, I look at
https://github.com/checkstyle/checkstyle/releases, and found that there are few
recently introduced new Checkstyle rules, some of which could perhaps interest
us:
* AvoidNoArgumentSuperConstructorCall
* AvoidDoubleBraceInitialization
* JavadocMissingWhitespaceAfterAsteriskCheck
But let's first finish FINERACT-821.
