part of your (much larger) https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/857/ ... I
thought there was some... major issue with this, something between
Drizzle/Flyway/OpenJPA not living happily together ever after? Does someone
remember which other JIRA or PR we had about that? If that old problem somehow
just magically get fixed, indirectly through some upgrades, then could we have
a PR separate from #857 just for this version bump?
