Yes - it seems that FINERACT-931 doesn't require much (any?) extra work, as the
Eclipse hot deploy seems to work for Fineract even without the devtools
dependency. Though the devtools dependency might bring some additional features
that are worth having.
Also re FINERACT-764: with this, you can also run any integration test in
Eclipse by just right-clicking it - and the test execution then automagically
triggers between the server debugging view and the client testing view. I know
it's not quite what is meant by FINERACT-764 but still pretty handy.
