*Description:*
Client date of birth can not be greater than the client submitted on a date.
*Steps To Reproduce:*
# Login into the [Application|[https://demo.mifos.io/]]
# In the navigation menu click on the Clients > Create Client
# Fill all the client information fields with a date of birth should be
greater than submitted on a date(Note: fill data with backdated submitted on a
date, not the current date).
# At the end click on the ‘Submit' button.
*Actual Result:* The client successfully created.
*Expected Result:* The client should not create, but display the validation
error message like the date of birth can not be greater than client submitted
on the date.
