After implementing the required changes to run Fineract in Eclipse, the OpenJPA
enhance builder runs too frequently in Eclipse workspace.
As this is not frequently needed, a better approach (as proposed by
[~vorburger]) would be to get the user to trigger the OpenJPA task when needed,
rather than trying to run it automatically for every build.
