FINERACT-1019 fixes the import tests and has many of the same fixes as here.
Awaiting for the file to be created to avoid Thread.sleep() doesn't
unfortunately work: the getOutputTemplateLocation will return the location of
the _input_ until the output is ready, so we don't know which file we should
watch for - until the file itself is ready anyway.
