[~bgowda] The idea (globally at the Apache Software Foundation, not just on the
Fineract project) is that we "promote" people who actively contribute on JIRA
from Anonymous to Contributors. This prevents "Spam" from clowns who just open
lots of issues that are not actionable or not suitable for the project (e.g.
confusion of what is frontend and back-ane, and such things).

I have just granted you said Contributor role on this JIRA! You probably can
see more buttons now, right? (If not, see if logout and re-login helps.) With
