[~vorburger], I agree with you that this is no longer a priority for Fineract
as we have integrated and enforced rules from Spotbugss, Checkstyle and Error
Prone. I have therefor lowered the priority of this issue. Over the coming days
or week, I will investigate how much time, adding PMD will add on the build
process and really look if there are high priority issue which PMD can point
out for us to fix even after adding all the other code quality tools which
overlap alot. [~Percy Ashu], Maybe, let this go for someone else in future to
work on and lets take a look at other high priority issues to try to fix?
