In most microfinance companies, there are situations where the following happen
1- Due to challenges of movement, a client can send a representative to make
deposits (recurring deposits, Savings or Loan repayment)
2- Due to requests from regulatory bodies like the Central Banks, on every bank
slip, there is a Deposited by Section
The scenarios above call for 2 extra text entries to be added to the payment
details table
namely
Payment Voucher
Payment Description
These extra columns are different from the provided payment details that only
cover for cheque, acccount#, "routing code" reciept# and bank#
