FTR [~aleks] meanwhile created a new 1.4.0 branch (you can use comments on this
issue for release activities). BTW
https://github.com/apache/fineract/compare/1.4.0...develop is a useful URL to
look at what went into develop but not 1.4.0 anymore (found e.g. FINERACT-1105).
