During creation of reports (pentaho and table alike) I have noticed a number of
parameters that are needed. I have managed to identify 25 parameters that users
will find very useful. Please see the attached document, I have tried to
explain the use of these parameters to the best of my ability. Additions and /
corrections are welcome
If this can be back ported for older builds it will be nice as it only affects
the table stretchy_parameter and nothing else
