In order to use our brand new "Fineract Client Java SDK API" emerging from
[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1428/] for FINERACT-1216 on
[https://localhost:8443|https://localhost:8443/] for FINERACT-1209, it would
have to support an (optional!) "insecure" mode - a bit like in
[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1414] does for FINERACT-1211...
