https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1443, so far, doesn't "run Swagger UI
against the server that it is being hosted on", but adds
https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1 in addition to
https://demo.fineract.dev/fineract-provider/api/v1 - nice!
