Personally i am a learner , sometimes i need to read first before i can come up
with a PR ( i am very interested in growing my Java knowledge) - if one or two
people can help it would be great - like telling us which online courses have
given them the best results in getting the learning curves shorter . Which
means we can do our daily work and spare time / plan to Raise PRs within
shortest possible time.
On the other hand some changes done to raising the PR you will see that many
PRs do not pass look at image below

When a learner like me raises a PR (after a few struggles) and gets this
message, they do not know what is next if we can get links on what to do with
these two points . IMHO i think this would work for me at the very least
because i really love to Raise PRs they make me feel a part of this GREAT and
NOBLE team
