Cedric Khin created FINERACT-1281:
-------------------------------------

             Summary: No "releaseInteropTransferHandler" command handler
                 Key: FINERACT-1281
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1281
             Project: Apache Fineract
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Cedric Khin

When trying to request an interoperation "RELEASE", Fineract rejects the query
with a "400 - Validation errors exist." due to the fact that "The command
INTERTRANSFER|RELEASE is not supported."

Both INTERTRANSFER|CREATE and INTERTRANSFER|PREPARE exist in the
CommandHandlerProvider, both are defined in
fineract-provider/src/main/java/org/apache/fineract/interoperation/handler.

Here is the query that is used to trigger the error (no need for a body) :
{code:java}
/fineract-provider/api/v1/interoperation/transfers?action=RELEASE{code}

I believe the interoperation release was tested in FINERACT-1116 (with a
payment hub enterprise edition). Did I miss something ?
