FTR what's quite "fun" (cough) and noteworthy is that we seem to have had no
code changes between when this test still passed (last green PR was
https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1554, 5 days ago).
Perhaps an alternative to entirely disabling the test could be to just make a
dumb adjustment from ...93 to ...92? One less, one more... but that's not
ideal, of course.
