[~BLasan] FYI the "culture" (here and in open source in general) is that YOU 
and not "we" (me) would close anything that you opened... :-) if you "retract" 
a proposed change. Will you close this JIRA issue? FYI what you should do in 
such cases is instead of Resolve Issue use Close Issue with some status like 
WORKSFORME or whatever. That way, there will NOT be Release Notes about this - 
because nothing changed.
