*Steps to reproduce:*
Add Monthly Charges to a savings Account,
*Current behavior:*
when a charge is paid (Automatically) the Total Withdrawals of the savings
account do not reflect the charge fee
*Expected behavior:*
System should calculate all withdrawals of the client including the payment of
charges that are picked from clients account automatically. (Monthly Charges in
Particular)
