I wish to close this Issue and Start up 2 new issues which are well related to
this issue but in a more descriptive way.
I have broken the analysis into 2 - 3 different ways to better explain the
issues below
*This "error" will happen during 1-pay charges, 2- withrawals, 3- Transfer of
funds , 4- Post interest on overdraft*
*Or Any transaction that "takes" money out of the account*
I and [~rrpawar] have looked into these areas - Withdrawals and Charge payments
and we have a PR ready
