Description: (was: Network checking is critical in fineract app as it
is intensively user while *creating/ editing customers and groups, updating or
deleting identification cards or customer profile and most importantly login
and logout*.
Of above cases currently *app crashes when user creates/edits customer or
group in absence of internet*.
Hence network class is necessity in this app.)
