the scenario is for any type of charges which is applied to any entity(like
clients, loans, or savings)
there will be an option to waive the charge, once the charges are waived there
is no option to undo the waived change for now.
As Mifos being a flexible application, there is an option of reverse for most
of the actions but few actions like waive are missed out.
1. one use case is client charge( i guess which you have already tried out)
2. another use case is the loan charge

for that loan, I have added an installment charge and waived one month's
installment.
now check the transactions tab where there is a waived transaction but we
cannot undo that
you can also try new waiving buy going to charges tab, and click on the
"flag"button to waive
