As shown in video below it is visible that when user edits/creates new member
or leader and *when layout is about to go list comes up and then layout goes,
this looks very bad* as it looks if phone is lagging but its problem with
layout. *Instead Alert dialog can be used for same purpose even with less code
that current*.
