Hi - I am facng the same issue that is described in this fineract JIRA -
FINERACT-1338 & 1336. It says the pull request
https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1671 has been merged to develop and the
issue is resolved. However i am still facing the same issue. I am on following
env - Windows 10, tomcat 9, java 11, mysql 5.7
