Description:
This is a feature where neobank expects customers to build savings habits and
save towards short term goals. A list of individuals make a monthly commitment
of deposit for which they receive a token which is later expected as part of
settlement to report what is the expected vs actual collections.
A higher level account balance API than accounting service's balance API is
provided to check for sufficient balance in the account before attempting a
transfer.
