Additional Context :-
Message Gateway is already part of the Fineract ecosystem where you set up a
Twilio WebHook which communicates to the Message Gateway and Message Gateway
queries back Fineract for SMS/communication related details. We have extended
Message Gateway to support Jasmin (an OS SMS Gateway). We have created a hook
template to cater to basic fields which Message Gateway expects but isn't
available in the Twilio Webhook.
