[~francisguchie] this is a really good thing to think of since that's the 
standard here in my area of operation. An organisation may have more than one 
branch, and every branch is identified n a two-digit number, then the 
organisation product number comes next then the client's number comes last. 

The 8803000334 means that the person will know which branch the client was 
registered from, by looking at 88, then what product he/she is dealing with by 
seeing the 03. This makes data analysis and issue assignment easier and so is a 
system to system integration ie a banking system with an external system.
