At the moment Fineract creates account numbers using the Id (primary key
number) in the table in question. Clients, Savings, Deposits, Shares & Loans
alike.
As a user, I would like Fineract to use a random number generator while
creating the following
Savings, Deposits, Shares Accounts
So that the number is not too predictable as it is currently
