Hi [~fynmanoj] keeping it optional is fine at the loan account level.
According to me
If the user does not enter any collateral details at the loan account creation
level, then the loan should be created without collateral.
Only when the user attaches the collateral, then the loan collateral module and
its validations should kick in.
if you are planning is something similar to this and easy for users, then there
is no problem in adding this flexibility.
