Steps To reproduce:
* Create an Overdraft product with Overdraft interest rate provided
* create a savings account
* Perform a backdated withdrawal
* This will make the account in a negative balance
* Run the Post interest to a savings account job
Actual Behavior:
The system is posting positive interest to the overdraft account which is
having the negative amount
Expected Behavior:
The system should post negative interest amount to the overdraft account which
is having the negative amount
