* testLoanRefundByCashCashBasedAccounting()
* testLoanRefundByCashAccrualBasedAccounting()
* testLoanRefundByTransferCashBasedAccounting()
These functions are temporarily disabled, because the started failing with the
introduction of EclipseLink. See here:
