Description:
Running the building and creating the docker container on the current Fineract
development branch with the gradle command from the documentation (./gradlew
:fineract-provider:jibDockerBuild -x test) fails due to some build issues
(screenshot attached).
Note: this issue is present on the most recent commit at the time of testing
this, done on May 4, 2022
