Seems the “Update Loan Paid in Advance” job is deprecated and should not be
used anymore.
Prior it was maintaining and recalculating balances of Loans, however that
logic was changed and do real-time based on any payment action.
*Acceptance criteria*
* Removed the job from codebase
* Removed the job from DB
* The related database table has been removed
