*Use case*
# First disbursement: 01-06-2022 - 1000$
# Installment date: 01-07-2022 - 1000$
# Advance repayment was made by the customer: 15-06-2022 1000$ (loan is marked
as closed at this stage)
# Second disbursement: 25-07-2022 500$ - this is currently not possible
*Acceptance criteria*
# user should be able to do disbursement on closed/overpaid loans
# loan should be marked as active again once the disbursement comes on the
closed/overpaid loans
# repayment schedule should reflect the new outstanding balance and new
disbursement row
# The updated loan status needs to reflect the loan situation once the
disbursal occurs e.g. active if not fully paid.
# The loan schedule needs to reflect the loan situation once the disbursal
occurs
# The loan balances need to reflect the loan situation once the disbursal
occurs
