Fineract can be deployed into infrastructures where downstream services might
need to be aware of what are the changes Fineract is doing; for example when a
loan is created, when a loan is approved, when a loan is disbursed and so on.
The goal of the reliable event framework is to provide a reliable,
fault-tolerant event mechanism that’ll consistently create events to downstream
consumers.
