Description:
After a Loan disbursement, the repayment schedule amounts are not equally
distributed among installments.
After Loan approval but before disbursement:

The amount should be equally distributed among installments after disbursement;
even if it’s a multi disbursement scenario.
*Steps to reproduce:*
* create a Loan for a client with an amount of *1000,- EUR*
* make monthly payment for a 3 months period
* approve Loan
* check the Repayment schedule
* disburse Loan with an amount of *900,- EUR*
* check the Repayment schedule again
*Actual result:*
Before the disbursement, the 3 repayment amounts are distributed equally, but
after disbursement it is not.
*Expected result:*
Before and after disbursement the 3 repayment amounts should be distributed
equally.
