Summary: Charge-off a loan product

When a loan churns and collection of outstanding amount becomes not-likely the
loan can be marked for charge off. Charge-off loans are considered as frozen,
no further transactions expected though those can happen and the loan doesn’t
get closed. Account though can be altered.
